Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship. All orders are made and shipped as soon as possible. During peak seasons there may be delays in shipping due to high demand. You will be notified with a delayed delivery date if your order is impacted.

All sales are final. Damages must be reported within 3 days upon delivery. Original shipment packaging must be kept in order for the product to be replaced. Cancellations are not accepted.


We prefer retailers to place orders through our secure online ordering platform powered by TradeGecko. All retailers will receive an email invitation to establish an account, username, and password.
